Well, I haven't blogged anything lately. It is probably due to the fact that I did the unthinkable. I MADE A MYSPACE. yes. i know. i'm ashamed. moving on.
I have a lot and nothing to say all at the same time. How wonderfully convenient, no? Well, we watched our history video today in history. It was pretty horrific. Legally Blonde couldn't get the box on her computer to make our video bigger even though I knew how, but you couldn't seriously expect me to tell her, thus allowing the amplification of our face zits. No thank you. Not a chance.
In other worlds, during this lovely three day weekend, I did absolutely nothing. In fact, the most interesting thing that happened, was the thing that pissed me off the most. I will rehash it for you: So, I was in my room listening to my iPod when i saw this red stuff on my carpet. I thought it was probably my makeup all smeared everywhere. And then I saw a LOT of it. I thought, well, that is definitely not makeup anymore, and I checked and uncovered the unknown substance. So imagine my horror when I noticed that there was: 1) Blood on my carpet. 2) Unknown blood on my carpet and 3) Blood on MY CARPET. So naturally I got really freaked out when I noticed it was new and trailing everywhere. It was a bit like a horror movie really. I was unconscionably frightened that I might possibly find a dead raccoon hidden beneath clothes or something. I then looked and saw it on my iPod after I had just put it down and was ready to kick some as when I looked down at my bleeding foot. It looked pretty disgusting. Well, that left room for more observations such as: 1) Well that solves the mystery of the unknown origin of the blood. 2) My foot was bleeding. and 3) Since when and how was my foot bleeding?!? So, interestingly enough, you would think my first concern would be the soon to be scar on my foot, however, it was the epiphany that if, indeed, the blood was coming from my foot, and that it was all over my room, naturally one could assume that blood would have been trailing my foot wherever my foot went. And since I did not know how long this had lasted, one could only concur that blood would be found all down the hallway, in the kitchen, and on my mother's cream carpet. Naturally, one could assume. Unfortunately all these assumptions were correct and i spent over an hour trying to scrub it all out. While doing this I reflected upon how cruel of a joke it was to make blood stain. Just imagine some poor old woman in pain who just got stabbed by some evil guy robbing her of her china, and she is too much in pain to bother with cleaning her carpet, but if she doesn't it will forever stain. Evil joke, that is. How unfair is it that I have to clean all of that mess especially since I didn't feel the cut or know where it came from. (I still don't.) And am I now a hemophiliac because where did all that blood come from. My foot looked entirely mangled, but after a nice soak in the red sea (aka previously clear bathtub) I deduced the size of the cut of my foot to be that of a papercut. And even after that when my dad came home he still didn't have neosporin. Don't you think he would've learned to carry that after my compass in the knee accident earlier this year? And all he managed to say was, "oh, don't die tonight, because if you do they'll think I'm the one who tried to clean up all the blood." Really. How unbelievable. I die and HE gets the credit for cleaning up the blood. My foot is now probably infected with some type of disease, but at least the carpet is clean.
In other matters, I am going to see Pirates 3 with my friend Bella this weekend. And introduce her to some fabulous music. I heard the first two hours of Pirates was crap but the last hour was good. and then i heard there was no real ending. I swear to god, you must be $%^#@!% joking. We will also possibly produce a video involving a video with music as the choice of audio. Otherwise known as a music video.
I kind of had a row with Sanara today as well. I was talking with her, Berry, and Vikpik and Flower and she gave me this weird look and I went off on her. Honestly I'm tired of her giving me those weird ass looks like I'm an idiot whenever I talk about anything, even if it's logical! At least Vikpik knew what I was talking about. But now I'll probably apologize because I feel bad about it, and also because she has my camera. That I may have to confiscate for this weekend. Hopefully she'll be finished using it by then. Clearly today can only be described as &*#%*$@! naturally. and to add to that, we are back on our regularly scheduled load of history hw. ahh! but, on the bright side, i DID get my spanish teacher to sign my permission slip for the holocaust museum, and last year, it took me like three days to get her to sign it.
anyways, yeah, this blog is just depressing me. goodbye.

Destination D-Day
Oh my god. It is absolutely wonderfully amazing to be home. I haven't had any free time since Thursday and it is now the following Wednesday. Really. So I have A LOT to say.
Friday was G'Brella and Brookers birthday. I got them both Starbucks giftcards as a suggestion from Hector. I don't exactly know if they like coffee but there is always food. Anyways, we went to Pump it Up which is some jungle gym like place (don't ask.) But it was really fun. Zoella, Vikpik, Berry, Lolly, Savvy, Jess, Jamsand, Flower, and some others were there. I got a ride from Vikpik and Berry and we arrived late, which is in translation, on time. We went around in all sorts of random contraptions and we got our picture taken AFTER. Typical, after you've messed your hair up in relay races. We filmed part of our now "deleted scene" battle scene in there, but it was so tragic that it should never be mentioned again. Which is why it is a "deleted scene." Not that our current one is any better by any fraction of a sort. Anyways, after we went to the hotel Brella owns to watch a movie. Sixteen Candles won the vote and we saw that. Then it was late, and some other stuff happened and then I went home and slept.
On Saturday we worked on our project at 3:00 and finished around 7:00 but we only got a few scenes done. It was very tiring but pretty fun. I did most of the directing. I also got to play the drums which was the highlight of my day because I love playing the drums, but they were her brothers and alas, not mine.
We left early on Saturday because Diva and I went to go see an operetta our school was putting on called "The Purple Polka Dotted Predicament." I still had my lipstick wound on my shoulder and I'm sure it looked really gross and I can't tell you how many times I had to say it was only lipstick. Anyways the play was original and written by the kids in the vocal and music conservatory at school but it was... ok, i mean it wasn't that bad. We kind of left during intermission which I feel really bad about but we had ADD issues going on and we wanted to see the EVA art show because our friends had artwork in there. We started off looking for Gelly's artwork and we couldn't find any and then we found this huge picture of her face, and we went, "well, i guess that's hers then." but it wasn't! It was Lirpa's. There were TONS of pictures of Gelly EVERYwhere and they were all Lirpa's!!! And they aren't even best friends, so it was a bit creepy, but the pictures were pretty good.
Sunday we worked from 11:30 until 11:00. On a school night. Yeah. And we didn't even finish it then. It took us over five hours to film three four minute scenes which is utterly ridiculous really. I edited the rest Monday after school, and we lost a lot of footage that we tried to replace, but we couldn't get all of it.
Yesterday after school I also worked on it after school until 11:30 which is why I got no sleep. I finally finished the editing and putting in the subtitles, but the audio kept going off so I had to recut and paste the audio several times. There are a lot of my crap improv scenes and this has high potential for being humiliating tomorrow, you don't even know. Then we couldn't get the video to burn onto a DVD and it was due today. Brella even skipped first period today to work on getting it on a DVD with her dad and all they could do was get it on a flash drive but Legally Blonde wouldn't accept it and now its going down a letter grade, so the highest we can get tomorrow is a B and we won't even get that because its unlikely we get 100% for that B. I am unbelievably pissed because I worked my ass off on that stupid project and should get more than a flipping B. This is history, not flipping video film. I wish we just had a test. But no, no test, instead we get this crap. I would have got an A on the test and finished it in one period. God her class is ridiculous.
On Monday after school I had to wait for my dad to pick me up and so I went riding around in Hectors car thingy with Carebear and her friend. It was really fun. We also got to see his photo album from Europe. At one point he asked us if we wanted babies and we got really confused but it turns out the "babies" were really tiny gummy bears that were SOOOO cute! Then I got off when I saw my friends and I talked to Jess, Magnet, Jamsand, and Lexer. Anyways, apparently I knew magnet before this year which I had no idea of. Apparently we even had conversations in the quad. My memory is ridiculously crap. This has happened to me so many times. With Brookers, and with Gelly. Well, if I ever make any new friends, I'll just go "do i know you?" first. Anyways my dad also bought another new TV again. Good lord. He just bought a new one two months ago. I don't even watch TV. In fact, Brella doesn't even know how to turn on her TV. Anyways, he put it right in front of our other TV and it looks ridiculous. When my mum gets home she is going to kill him. He also bought lots of speakers and other things as such. I was stuck in the car until 9:30. When he finally got back, I said I was really angry that he dragged me along because he said he needed my help when he clearly didn't. And then he said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'll go buy you those speakers you want for your iPod." The nerve!!! Trying to buy me off! Although I did shut up because I do want those speakers, and it would be beneficial for my pocket book if I did not have to pay for them.
We also had spanish presentations yesterday but ours was pretty sad. There was some really pro ones though. We also had to come up with ten original questions to ask ten people in our class and there were some weird questions. I got really confused on one question where someone asked me how old i was when i first learned to talk and it pretty much went like this:
"How old were you when you learned to talk?
"Two."
"Two??"
"Four."
"FOUR?!"
"Yeah, why not four?"
"Uh... ok..."
"I DON'T KNOW!"
I then realised that it's common sense that you should be capable of talking before you enter kindergarten. Don't know, that's just my opinion. That sounds like a German word. I don't like it.
We had dinner at Brella's house and I told her I didn't particularly like living in Italy and she was very surprised. I told her I liked France, and then I said I didn't like Germany, and she said, "Most people don't." Which was hilarious but not good if you were the german person in our video. Yes, we actually have German and Italian in our video, even though we are supposed to be the allied side. Right.
Gelly is going to go to kinko's to see if she can get the flash drive turned into a DVD. I sure as hell hope so. I will argue my ass of if we get a C for it being two days late. Today we watched some videos in class which were hilarious. Mads and the knave's were really funny. I also liked the others. One had a perfume ad that was pretty brill. Oh dear, ours is very boring. But at least Brella can now see that I am not the only camera person who zooms in on peoples faces. Right.
Interestingly as well, today Frenchy came over and felt it necessary to tell me something important. Which was that my friend Nettie cheated. Again. This time on a random guy with another random guy. How lovely. I don't know what he thinks I can do about it, but it's always awkward discussing those things.
Anyways, I've been at this for a while and I think I'll just let the day continue to see what else can possibly happen. adios for now. i am leaving.

Go Fry Asparagus
Well, I've completely forgotten about noticias and they're due tomorrow.
And then there's the problems of our video project. G'Brella and I were going to work on it today but we decided to just tape everything on Saturday and Sunday. We procrastinate wayyyy too much.
Then theres G'Brella and Brookers party tomorrow. I still have to get them a present. I can't think of a single thing to get them. No gift cards or bath and body works. That's the whole of everyone else's pressies. I don't think clothes is a good idea. So maybe... I really don't know but I have to pick it out Friday. Oh dear, and then theres the problem of actually getting a ride... oh wow, tomorrows gonna be one hectic day...
That reminds me of when Brookers went off and babysat and the kid she was bs-ing for wanted to let the dog in the house saying it was super friendly, and she didn't let him, so when she wasn't looking he let the dog in and said 'attack!' which is quite hilarious by anyone's standards except for brookers who ended up with a big dog bite on her leg. which wasn't good.
I compiled burned two cds today and yesterday. Took all day as well.
Well, I think I did my chem test wrong. What with all those pHs. No, really. It shouldn't have been all that hard. I just need to start paying attention.
We messed up our lab in chem today for the second time. Our experiments always only work the second time we do them. I swear, we don't change anything, it just refuses to work the first time. I have NO idea why. It is a mystery unto us all.
Today everyone was in AP testing for world history so our spanish class only had 7/13 people in. They all eventually returned later on in the class though. It was interesting. This kid, Magnet, went and cut his mouth with his spoon from his ice cream. interesting. Somehow our entire class was about insults and bad language type things. Interesting I tell you, really. My favorite one has to be, "Vete a freir esparragas." WHich is, "Go Fry Asparagus." Which makes no sense in English. Cloud came in rather late and ended up in some corner and refused to move up. Yeah, I heard the AP testing was really hard...
I also did manage to write the ending for our spanish script. It's pretty ace if I might say so myself. A little bit, Dun Dun Dun Dun! - y, but otherwise brill.
I accidentally dragged Mads and Nica into this speech thing by this billionaire guy at our school because there was free pizza. but we had to end up staying our whole lunch. i felt really bad. but there was free pizza!
I ended up giving Berry and Vikpik a ride today super late however. It was an interesting drive I must say. Can't really remember what we were talking about though. Oh yes, there was this thing in history where you had to pick 4 people to kill out of ten. If those ten were to be the last ten humans on earth, or six really. It was a bit of an odd assignment I must say especially after having just covered the holocaust, but maybe that was the point. I didn't really see a correlation, as she said the point of it was something to do with assumptions.
Alright, I'm sure I had some other stuff to say but I'm a bit tired of the computer and would much rather listen to some musica and so with lovely wishes, sign off.

Animal Crackers In My Soup
Well, today was interesting. Ish.
I wonder what was up with everyone buying animal crackers today. It was weird. I guessed my friend Zo was an only child based upon the fact that she acted like one. Not that it was bad or anything, but I'm sure you know what they act like. Same with my friend Dani, who was youngest, and Cookie who was in the middle. They thought it was strange but really, if you pay attention to their behaviours, you can tell.
We also changed seats today which was funny cos I'm still next to Eva but we went even further back which was funny since she couldn't even see from where she was before. You'd think the teacher would have noticed with all of the moving up before, but no, she didn't.
My friend Gummy thinks I should dye my hair lighter now that I've a tan, however that makes absolutely NO sense. In fact I may have to end up dying it darker now that it looks lighter. Why, haven't you heard, I like brown.
Presentations for articles today in spanish as well per usual, NOOOO I just missed noticias. They ended four minutes ago!!! GRRRRR!!!! That's really annoying. Anyway, naturally Jess gave me the hard-to-understand article. I printed her out an understandable one. Honesty. Mine had something to do with Russia, the US, and some disagreement with special ops regarding missiles or something as of such.
Pretty much all that happened really was that it was a regular day. I did see Sanara after school today though and we inevitably got onto the subject of the beatles. I do not know how this happened. Ok, I like the beatles, really I do, but I just don't LOVE them. I mean, they're really great and all, but I'm just not obsessed with them like the whole of my school is. If I could just go one day, one day without hearing the beatles mentioned (or their respective names) , that would be nice. Honestly, you'd think they were all chummy with them or something. "Did you know, Ringo came up with this song when he was on a cruise to Malibu..." That's great. But tell me in another lifetime please. Oh no, don't do that. It'd be like a curse! Well, if you don't understand me, or just "disagree with my opinion" to but it as others say, then just think about hearing a song you like, OVER and OVER and OVER again until it drives you crazy. I'm guessing you're thinking, "...but the beatles could NEVER drive me crazy..."
Anyways, now that I've spent all this time talking about them, I think I'll be off for some beatle-free music listening. Now that I'm thinking about it, I wonder why they decided to name themselves the 'beatles.' That's a bit odd, don't you think? No wait, don't tell me why, oh dear. Goodbye. I may honestly end up looking that up. This is sad. So very sad.

I've Got The Browns
Hmm... I'm thinking of buying a guitar. It's interesting. I think it'd be fun but then again i've had a violin, and a flute and i didn't play either. In fact, I actually spent hours ditching music class in primary school to forego the humiliation of not being able to blow into the flute correctly. In fact I also have a piano, and I can do fine on that but I'm not into practising that often. So I wonder if it would be a mistake... I think I might buy one thats $100 dollars which is fairly cheap but hopefully decent. I guess I'm going to have to use my own money on this one especially after having ditched three musical instruments already, my parents are never going to get me this one even for the holidays. Then again I've only got $170 right now and I still have to buy my friends their birthday presents and I really wanted a pair of boots and some linen pants. But I guess that's more fall attire. Interestingly enough Fall is my favorite season. Oddly, I'm obsessed with brown. I don't know why. It's just my favourite. I like brown hair, brown eyes, tans, and brown clothes. And brown makeup. I just love brown for some unknown reason. It's interesting. The only brown thing I really can't stand is chocolate. I like gold a lot though... So I guess I could wait. So maybe I should get the guitar... well, I might. Wait til I tell my mum. She'll go insane and INSIST I won't play it. Which is slightly/highly possible. Maybe now would not be a good time to tell her I really wanna try the drums. That's a no then.
Huh. There's some bhangra music playing in the background. I never knew my neighbours listened to that. Hey, you learn something new everyday. That kind of
Anyways, new kind of subject. Molly drew a henna tattoo on my ankle at lunch. It's an "ohm" apparently. I like it. It's actually very well done.
On another note, I've actually read an entire biography on Mussolini. Which is pathetic cos all I have to do is a five minute interview. I was working on it after school with Gelly, Diva, G'Brella, and Lirpa. They had sports segments and something on Norman Rockwell on Gelly's side I think. Anyways, we stayed after until around 5:30 and I just sat there and read a book on the fool. Really, but I took some good notes! I also have to do a script for the battle of Normandy and work on the live concert segment and obtaining instruments. I'm playing the drums and we've got a set of drums, two keyboards, and a guitar lined up in the instruments aisle. Also a weird horn, a tambourine and some accordions that we probably won't be using. G'Brella is going on Vocals. I already wrote two commercials but we still have to film them. We're filming the mussolini interview thursday officially and i've still got to write it. And I've got to edit the entire project together with Gelly by Sunday. It has to be around twenty minutes which isn't too bad for about ten sections. I think we had about three weeks to do it so far. Although it's only just started really.
Gelly wrote a really cute song today as well. It was kind of Beatles and Alice in Wonderland-esque but nice none the less. My favourite line was: plastic bottles melting from the eyes of a clown. I don't think she'd kill me if I post that line down. It sticks with you. It doesn't really make any sense, her song, but it's still very nice. Also, it hasn't got a melody, but she insists its a song, but that is Gelly for you.
I think I need to start writing some songs as well. I remember actually writing one about clown once. It was tres interesante.
I also have a tan/sunburn thing going on. It's pretty obvious by the way everyone mentioned it today. I also have to get on with polishing my nails. I haven't even decided the colour but I've taken to beige as its pretty neutral but I might want something out there later.
I just ate a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was horrific. I don't know why but my body doesn't do well with sweet things. They always hurt my stomach and make me feel sick. It's ridiculous how my dad bans me from all sweets when I'm younger then all of a sudden goes "I've decided to only buy sweets so you should now be happy." Really. I don't like this program I'm on.
I have an interesting "focus." Sometimes I get so into things that you can't deter me from it and I just keep doing them, and other times I just can't focus on anything. I need inspiration for anything I do. If I'm disrupted on this task I'm really into, chances are I will never be that into it again. Which is sad really. Which probably explains why I like change so much. There we are. Oh dear, thank goodness. It was only my henna tattoo I rubbed. I thought I'd gotten a scar or something.
I think I really need to start reading something (unrelated to Hit and Miss.) I think my vocabulary skills are waning or at the very least my spelling has been quite affected by the computer. I can't believe I just spelled "tattoo" wrong, for the second time in a row. It's really not all that difficult.
Anyways, this is a gorgeous rendition of part of "Fields Of Gold." Nadine is amazing and I simply love her singing.

Potluck Lunch
I think I've been a bit sour today. Blah.
I didn't go to most of first period today and I missed a test in Chemistry but I'll make it up later, besides I'm just starting to understand it.
Math was pretty uneventful but the class next door sure were having a blast. It was Spanish 5, period 2. I wonder what goes on in that class that it's so fun. I have Spanish 5, period 3 with the same teacher and it never sounds like that. I mean seriously, what's up? Ok, maybe a few times...
We had to write an essay in spanish that was supposed to be 200-250 words but there was all this space to write and an hour, and then she says, it CAN'T be OVER 250 words. And I was like, crap because I'd already had about 500. So I just rewrote the essay in ten minutes and I got it to 223 words! YEAH! that's right. We finished watching a movie in period four that was tres triste. Wow, I just combined two languages right there, or three.
They actually have a sign in front of a lawyers firm that says, "Life's Short. Get a Divorce." Wow. Tan interesante I must say.
We had a potluck at lunch but everybody came and just dropped their stuff and left so there wasn't really anybody to eat it. It was an interesting mix of items consisting of: saltine crackers, brownies, craisins, raisins, seaweed, and a cashew candy bar. Yep. Interesting. Like I said.
Most people went to go see the battle of the bands, but it wasn't good for the health of my ears. Haha, it wasn't that bad. It just happens that some vocalists would probably do better toca-ing something rather than vocalizing.

Innocent Tragedies
I didn't go to school today. I had a major migraine. Which really worries me because I saw something on the news that said that every time you get a migraine, you could be getting brain damage and I get them quite a lot, so that can't possibly be good. I think it was actually because it was so flipping hot and then i decided to dance for about two hours and got overheated, especially after the hot shower, i should've just left it cold, or lukewarm because drastic temperature changes aren't good either. Anyway, so I woke up around fifty times, but I woke up around 12:30 when it was officially gone. Which was nice. I recorded a song today which was nice, and I actually think the first recording when the best. Or the third. Can't really decide.
I saw a movie called Catch and Release yesterday which was weird because of the overwhelming attempts at being creative. I swear to god if I have to see ONE MORE movie where they start off fighting and giving glares and then make out I'm gonna go crazy. I'm telling you, the only people that happens to in real life are people who watch too many movies.
My Movie Watching Trivia:
I tend to like the evil characters in movies
I usually like the promiscuous character rather than the innocent one.
I like people who can admit their faults and show that they have some.
I typically like the weird character who always says stuff at the wrong time.
I love it when there are open endings.
Even if I don't like a movie, I might just love it because of the soundtrack (aka Marie Antoinette)
Sadly while I generally like the bad characters I myself apparently look too innocent. Which is sort of tragic, but good at the same time I guess. I feel really bad now because when I was younger I used to do all this stuff and blame it on my cousin even if I did it and everybody believed me. Actually I think my grandma saw me break something one time, and I got away with it on account of: "He told me to." Which is just plain wrong. Not that I was complaining or anything.
Anyways, I missed the makeups for the high school exit exam. NO i did not fail it, I just was absent for the math part. But I heard I did really well on the english bit which was nice.

Heat Combustion
I am against using death as a punishment. I am also against using it as a reward.
- Stanislaw J. Lec
Just to start off the post. Lovely really.
So, I REALLY want to go to Tibet. And Thailand.
Some Places I'd love to Visit:
Tibet, Thailand, Japan, Egypt, Singapore, Portugal, Brazil, India, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland, Greece.
Ok, now that that's out. Anyways, in period four we got to "research" in the media center for our video projects, and i was doing the mussolini interview and that's when it occurred to me that I would have to actually write the interview responses as well. Obviously as I'm not really interviewing him. This guy had a shady past right from the start. He got thrown out of church, disobeyed authority, stabbed a classmate in the hand, and threw an inkpot at a teacher. Doesn't sound like someone who should be ruling a country.
After school we got into the topic of the world cup for some reason. It was random, I remember my friend rooting for Ghana. All the way.
blah, its so hot here that i just might die of heat combustion.
Anyway i really can't remember what i was saying, so I think that's all for now as I'm feeling the urge to dance.

Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Power Yoga
Fabulous news! I actually just forgot it... oh yes, more driving over the summer. Vi has volunteered to help as well as my grandmere but you never know.
I am technically also banned from getting in the car with my aunt interestingly enough.
Oh, for the holidays I can't wait for snow, so all I have to say is that there better be snow. Actually, the highlight of my holidays will probably be the fat chips. I think I'm starving already. Oh, and of course LUSH!!! One of my favourite places in the world. I know. How superficial. But... the bath ballistics! Actually I still have about ten and they are all from 2004. That is how far I go in saving things. I know, tragic isn't it?
I really think I need to go to the beach. Random, but it's so flipping hot, school has really got to end. Tenth grade is never-ending. Really. I thought it was supposed to get better every year, but maybe not. OH PLEASE! I'd better get Yael started on my prom dress, because she's going to make it. Not because I am an unbelievably cheap scrooge but because she is talented connoisseur in the art of making fabrics that would ordinarily look like a pig hurled phlegm all over them into gorgeous works of art. At least in theory, I have yet to seen this evidenced, but whatever she makes will be fine with me as long as it does not look like the aforementioned description. I really do hope I'll still be in the same high school before then. Who knows, by then I may have been carted off to Greece. Which is a nice place to visit, however I think I'd like to stick to living in English speaking countries from now on. If possible.
Yeah! So today in Spanish, someone was talking about a sports article they read about a game this weekend where Chelsea won 1-0 against Liverpool. Yeah!
So yeah, that is awesome, although Milan did beat Manchester.
It was a bit cringey listening to how they said the names of the players, but otherwise, it made my day!
Although Chelsea did concede their title to Manchester Utd. but all the better because if they didn't they would be having lots of respect issues and you definitely do NOT want the media on your bad side, or the world to think you're crap when really you're the best.
Technically they just had a draw with Arsenal and no one won.
Chelsea were champions for the last two consecutive years but you have to lose sometime. Fouls really tick me off though. It's such a shame that Boulahrouz got kicked off the field after his foul with Baptista. So Silva gets the go ahead to actually get a goal for Arsenal with a penalty kick. Although warranted, it's a disappointing first goal really. Chelsea had lots of player issues though with Drogba off on an ankle injury and Boulahrouz having not played in a while. Congrats to Essien for being the best player for Chelsea, having actually scored the goal. Arsenal did pretty good, but Chelsea had a chance of getting ahead.
Not gonna lie, referees usually are just unbelievably annoying when you want to watch a game but this one, really, free kicks galore everybody, although I can't complain since he did seem to be more on the side of Chelsea.
At least Mourinho handled the loss well. I have to say, all in all, great game. And good job to Man U. They did start off the season in top form and carried on through to win the Premiership title. Well, Chelsea will be back on top to win it next year! I LOVE Jose Mourinho. Fantastic manager, really.
Oh hell, silly fools.
I added a new link in my Lovable Links section to Fashionista, which is an AMAZING blog I just found where someone takes pictures of the clothes people wear on the street. Its amazing like I said, and you should go check it out :)

Anyway, yeah, so today was pretty good. I had an awesome hair day, although it only lasted until period three when my hair tie broke. Oh well, it was fine. I apparently wear too much olive green now. Before it was brown, and now its olive green. Wow. And my favorite colors to wear are red, yellow, and true, Green, and brown.
We had some new ideas for our video project in history but nothing too substantial. I still have to script the entire Mussolini Interview, probably by tonight. Then, I'm gonna have to get it filmed, and get the italian translated so i can subtitle it. AAAAHHH! Lots of work I have to do there. But otherwise yeah, I think its all good. Noticias tomorrow! I always forget! Hopefully I won't. In fact Tomorrow, I WILL NOT FORGET ABOUT NOTICIAS. There, I won't.
Right now some weird movie is on the telly and its with some chick who looks like Molly Ringwald. Somehow I then got into the subject where my dad mentions how Benicio del Toro looks like Brad Pitt. I'm not seeing it but i don't particularly like either one over much.

Inner City Blues (Golden Legends: Marvin Gaye Live - Bonus Track Version) by Marvin Gaye
Into The Mystic (Moondance) by Van Morrison
Yesterday I went to G'Brellas house so we could work on our project and she didn't answer her phone the entire day so basically I just got a ride from April. Anyhow, I wrote two commercials and thats just about all we did in four hours. Gelly and I worked on the live concert portion of our video and we couldn't find an upbeat swing song that had singing in it. I think we'll just end up using a song from Swing Kids or something, I don't really know at this point. April and I tried to use G'Brellas huge hula hoop but it had lumps on the inside and it was giving our stomachs bruises. That's how they get you into shape. They bruise you until you can't eat anymore and throw it all up. This theory came after using it after having eaten some cake, chips, bread, and fabulous Rice Krispies made by Gelly. Then there was some treadmilling and various song incantations as well as plenty of messing about. I talked to Mads earlier too. She was supposed to work on her project but apparently decided to go off biking and climbing trees since that didn't pan out. It sounded like so much fun. I need to climb trees more often.

So Sally Stay Silent
So yay, yesterday I went out to eat for cinco de mayo. It was yum and I ordered a quesadilla cos they are amazing. Obviously. I really wanted to go rent Hercules because for some reason I couldn't get the song "The Gospel Truth" out of my head all day and just went around saying "and that's the gospel truth." Anyways, so when we went to the movie store it was out! Very tragic. you may be questioning as to why i don't own it already, and that answer to that is: i don't know. So then I decided to get The Black Cauldron because I haven't seen it in so long. Actually, I think the last time might have been in italy, which, pretty much guarantees that I have NO idea of what it's about. Although I do remember a pig and some evil things. Or maybe thats just random speculation. I didn't get to watch it yet since I fell asleep when I got back. I did some video recordings of people playing music and will probably make a montage later but I won't be releasing it to the public. Oh, yeah, and then I found out there was a Mulan II! Who knew? I'll have to see that later, but now I really want to see Dream Girls. I had advanced screening passes for that but I never went. :(
Anyway, for school our English HP teacher is following us to English AP. Naturally you get the hardest teacher twice in a row. He's Mr. Feeny'ing us like in Boy meets World. We should be scared.

They are all back there in England but my mum promised we'd go back for the holidays! And what a lovely crimbo that'd be!
Why is it people insist on calling adults "grown-ups"? I don't mind at all but I mean really, then are we "grow-downs" or "young-downs" or "slow-downs" or we should be called "young-downers" and they can be called "grow-uppers" Alright. Never mind.

you know everyone makes the same old same old, amazing, sensitive, hippy acrostic, so i thought this would be more creative. Just wish the people who were judging poetic skills understood that concept, but alas, we are at a loss of originality in this world, after all, everything you can possibly think of has already been thought twice over, which is weird considering what goes on in my mind. Has ANYONE else seen that purple dinosaur floating around with balloons on the bus in fourth grade yet??
Prime example, band name: Cadenas de Seda. Spent time coming up with a title in english. How bout chains? of what? silk sounds gnar, lets use that. Oh, hey lets look it up. chains- cadenas, you sure? whatever, silk? sedas? possibly. ok, fine. cadenas de seda.
oh, few months later, "WE ARE NOW OPENING A NEW EXHIBIT CALLED CADENAS DE SEDA." naturally. besides there is symbolism in there not that anyone could guess it. unless, well, you'd have to not be in where I am now. and then, well, its possible if you were, well thats all.
Lovely Quotes:
"The worst tragedy for a poet is to be admired through being misunderstood."
"Romanticism has never been properly judged. Who was there to judge it? The critics!"
"Love makes the wildest spirit tame, and the tamest spirit wild."
I am going to go to my friend G'Brella's house at 3:30 and I still have yet to get ready but it's only ten so i suppose i could wait an hour. Although, hanger on, I'm getting my food NOW.
Ugh, all I have left are Chocolate Rice Krispies. I don't like anything chocolate really. Except for reese's peanut butter cups and thats because i love peanut butter. and sometimes i even microwave them to melt all the chocolate off. It's really easy to peel off if you do it right! Interestingly enough I have not been able to develop that strange fear of "peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth" sydrome. and i have enough strange phobias. You would think, that after asking someone politely to NOT TOUCH your cereal they wouldn't. Actually the exact words of the culprit were, "I won't eat a lot, there's a lot in there!" He must've eaten a hell of a lot. Right, and I've barely enough for one bowl and I eat about three. Sometimes. I know, thank you.
Since this is pretty accesible for later I think I'll right down some useful information for later:
Stress pimple-izes you and causes dry patches. So be happy and hang out with people you like. Leaving you with a gorge glow.
(Maybe I'm misinterpreting that? )
Lemon toner - Squeeze the juice out of a lemon and sweep it over your T-zone using a cotton wool pad. Leave it to dry and then rinse it off. The natural acids from the lemon (won't burn your face off but) remove oil and dissolve dead skin cells. Leaving you with a gorgeous glow.
wow, lots of gorgeous glows going on there.
Whizz up five large strawberries and a cup of orange juice in a blender for a delicious fruity treat for you and your complexion.
Ice is a good way to get rid of zits. Hold it to your worry spot and eventually it will go away.
Six glasses of water a day, leaves you with a gorgeous glow due to toxins being flushed out of your body.
Yoghurt Mask:
Soothe sun-frazzled skin with this easy to whip up DIY mask.
Mix 1/2 a small tup of natural yoghurt with two tablespoons of finely chopped cucumber (take the skin off first!) Then smooth onto clean skin and chill out for ten minutes before wiping it off with a tissue and rinsing clean. (they also said Mmm! but that didn't sound too Mmm! so I neglected it.)
Another way to get glowing skin: Upping the amount of exercise you do. Jumping, dancing, oxygen helps!
Here's an explanation of why guys play video games:
1.) It sharpens skills vital to real life, eg. hand-to-eye coordination, reflexes, alien-slaughtering.
2.) It's great for fitness, providing excellent workout and toning for those all-important thumb muscles.
3.) Playing tomb raider is the one time in a boy's life when he can control a girl's behaviour.
4.) Playing video games has fewer health risks than other hobbies like reading (paper cuts), playing music (deafness) or chess (getting beat up for being a chess player.)
5.) And it provides escapism from stressful tasks they don't want to do, eg. homework, washing, cooking, and actually leaving the bedroom.
and there you are, all sorted.
The Steam Machine:
Fab Facial Sauna
Ingredients:
Freshly Boiled Water
Two tea herbal tea bags (chamomile for dry skin, peppermint for oily skin)
A towel to place over your head
1.) Pour 500mL of boiled water into a heatproof bowl (a pyrex one's perfect), add the tea bags and stir carefully.
2.) Pop a towel over your head and hold it over the bowl (at least 30cm above) to start your steamin'.
3.) After no more than five minutes, rinse your face with cold water and pat your skin dry. Now go party.
Why oh why do I do these things? I don't really know.
Daily life:

Logarithmic Logging that has absolutely NOTHING to do with Logs. (Thank God.)
Well, I thought this should be easier to update than a journal thing, but maybe not.
Hopefully.
So anyways, yesterday night I saw Urinetown (that's right, Urinetown, not "You're In Town" which is what the majority of the sane population originally thought.") with my friend Jess. It was pretty ace. It's a school musical our school put on and they're really talented folks so I really liked it. It was bit long, but I think I might have an undiagnosed case of ADD, so much that I can't even watch TV. The only thing I can keep doing for long is listen to a song and that's usually due to me doing other things at the same time and not noticing that its ended. Jess thought it was absolutely hilarious. She happened to find it very giggle worthy when someone pulled off a girls knee brace and said freedom in the play. I didn't think it was that funny but when she laughs, I end up laughing, and then she started laughing again, and it went on like that for ten minutes. I nearly cried and I reckon we must have looked mental. They did a few song samples from Rent and The Cabaret as well which were fun. I liked the dancing best. I love dancing and so thats what I critique. Anyhow I went and bought our friend Zo who's in the play a bear and a flower from me and my friend Alex and Jess brought a card that we all signed. We waited for her after the show but she was practically last! But she said she really liked the gifts so that was good. I went and talked with Alex and Yael after which was interesting. During intermission I was outside talking to Ella and I said I was cold but that I'd left my jacket inside and she got really worried and asked me if I wanted her to go with me to retrieve it. Naturally I was confounded as I figured you could just leave in your things but she said it was over. So I freaked out and we went back in and I was wondering why there were lots of people still inside and then we checked the program and found out it was intermission. She was a bit embarrassed but we pretended like we had a grand adventure when we found our friends in the loos. Interestingly enough, all of the signs on the toilets said "it's a privilege to pee." It wasn't a very happy ending either. The plays we have are unbelievably strange...
Before the show I talked with Alex in the loos to get her to sign the card and such and interestingly enough she mentioned her 50 cent contribution that got returned today by G'brella. She's actually seeing it again today for free due to her volunteer ushering. I should've done that, then I wouldn't be here writing this nonsense. Actually I would since it's over by now, but still, I wouldn't have gotten this far in my ramblings. There was also a bit of boy talk, but I completely zoned out of most of it as I was busy glaring at the monstrosity that was my hair. But you know, what else can you expect when your hair has been chopped off in uneven lengths in pudding bowl hairstyle but your salon owning neighbour?
Well, Sunday I'm going to G'brellas house to work on a project we've been assigned for history along with Lirpa, Gelly and Evie. Its a video project thats supposed to be for twenty minutes. Crazy. It's on WWII and we're having G'Brellas dad play Mussolini and speak in Italian so I can subtitle it. Naturally I get to be the person with the British accent, but I could always play french or spanish. Although Spain wasn't really involved, was it?
Anyway, I've went and scheduled a "rescue call" for the affair. I initially declined the meeting for other favorable locations to be instead of in a house attempting to write a script that will end up resulting in gibberish mixed up lines and poor acting (not that I'm exempt, mind you. Actually I had this video for Spanish 4 last year and you could literally see me bending down to read my lines with my nose on the paper, and a guitar that I'm supposed to play, in the air. ) The call is supposed to be for bad dates but this applies. I mentioned that I would not be able to get a ride, but some people decide kidnapping you from your house is the best option to get you to participate in school related activities. While actually I did work on the project with Evie for about half an hour on Wednesday. I was there for maybe 3 but at least we got part of a cast list done and researched the battle of normandy. I do want the video to be good though, and thats why I'm going to channel my pro acting abilities, and use my pro writing skills to scripitize a script, and provide a soundtrack and utilize my editing software as a fair contribution in my opinion. Anyways, the rescue call was something I stumbled upon at this site accidentally: girlsguidetodating.com The call system is actually very useful. "SCHEDULE YOURS TODAY." WINK WINK Incidentally, I also signed up for a free razor. IT WAS PINK.
Apparently I'm babysitting just about every week now. Vi needs to go see her fiance. Apparently the son of her fiance is sixteen and VERY handsome. All I said was that if he was ANYTHING like her fiance, I would pass wholeheartedly. So naturally she denied, denied, denied. And went on to describe someone sounding fairly boring. But that's alright. It's just not working for me. I need someone funny. That's all. Funny. With good hygiene. I don't think that's too much to ask for but apparently, it is.
I really can't stand the telly. I really can't. It's this little buzzing noise in my ear with absolutely nothing to say. It tells you to buy the "new electronic banana peeler that fits in to twenty five outlets all over the world." None of which fit mine. Naturally. Not that I bought it or anything.
That and it also lets you listen to people complain or talk about absolutely nothing that concerns me or is of interest. They also insist on making commercials immensely long. I can't tell/y you how tired of hearing about statistics I am. OF COURSE YOU'LL AGE BY THE TIME YOU'RE 85. Did you know, that one in one women will die?
Although sometimes football/soccer matches are a bit interesting. I don't know why. It's flipping guys kicking a flipping ball. Oh right, guys.
You know, its really annoying when they give you things like "tests for astigmatism" when you know you have it and you can't understand what on earth they are talking about.
"To a person with astigmatism, some lines may appear darker than the others."
As opposed to what? Some lines ARE darker than the others. Just cos they can't see it doesn't mean I have a problem, shouldn't their keen eyes be able to pick up on such subtleties?
In other situations, my dad did bring me home some hummus today and it was original flavor which was nice. Goodness KNOWS i'm tired of spicy and sour mixes. I practically gave it a welcome home speech and nearly spazzed until I found the pita bread.
I've also taken to mentioning the special connection between my amiga Berry and her chitterchatterargue guy, "Limon." Very sophis, I think. Well, its a lot better than Mevin.
I wonder what you call someone when you are mad at them these days. I think its best to just say nothing or give them a glare as nowadays people just go on saying "hey slut, freak, &%@(#, etc." Very entertaining to watch.
During standardized testing this week I was bored out of my brain. Literally. And I just did my hw all through the extra 2 hours of doing nothing. I did not use my iPod at all. Not once. I'm kind of proud.
I also managed to record 8 songs. Some are ok, the others are well, decent. And then there are the ones that are crap, but we don't mention those.
I have absolutely NO idea of what goes on in Chem. I really don't. I swear to god, that class is crazy. Well, maybe if I did my work more. But then, i've just skived off on three math assignments. oh yay. not really. i'd like to pass for once.
And we're still singing songs in Spanish. You'd think after five years that they'd think you've finished your contribution to the musical arts, but no, they insist on people flaunting their musical incompetence. If this happens in AP next year, I may have second thoughts. You can't honestly expect us to be able to sing songs AND know where pronombre tonicos go, now can you?
Oh yeah, last sunday mads and her friend went and came to my house on account of them having been stranded across the street. Not even giving a thought to the fact that a) I might possibly have just woken up granted it was 5:30, and b) I don't let people in my house.
(Mostly due to the fact that it is messy as hell, and I've got to clean it.) But they used a cell phone and I went with them back across the street and went and bought myself a pizza and some candy. I know, how healthy. Did you know, I can buy grapes at my school for 50 cents!?! That's crazy. G'Brellas brother said 25 cents but I didn't believe him as who sells buckets of grapes at school in the first place?
Oh man I have this huge bruise on my arm after having attempted to climb the gate to my community after having left the keys in my house after Evie dropped me off. Its painful. However I typically do this. As does everybody else, which is why it is not a very safe place, I think. Although if anyone has gotten a serious injury like this, then well, hey, maybe its working.
I babysat last weekend again. I also got to talk to Steve and Megs. Yay. Well, anyways, aside from Jay driving me absolutely up the wall, we went and stayed overnight at my house so Vi could stay over at her fiances. So what happened there was that I found out Jay hadn't seen Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and we went straight to the video store to rent it because every child in the world should see that movie. I LOVE IT. He also actually cleaned his room without a problem. It really was amazing. He was unbelievably hungry though and I had to attempt to make all kinds of food even though I can't cook a thing. We also ended up playing a few games as well, and listened to Barbie Girl. Right. And Meg came over for a bit. Granted we were watching Drake and Josh on account of Jay loves that show, and I've seen WAYYYY more episodes than is humanely palpable. Which kind of reminds me of Evie's house. One of her old favorite songs was called "You Know." It was really funny cos i was reading the second side of the paper kind of reading it and i was about to ask evie if she wrote it and then i turned it to the front and it says in big letters, "YOU KNOW BY DRAKE BELL" It was classic. The lyrics are pretty poor but you know, people like different things i suppose. I ended up watching part of the video but i got really freaked out really quick. Sadly, as many times as i have seen drake and josh i cannot, for the life of me ever remember how the theme song goes. but i pretty much memorize every song i hear within the first time of hearing it. i think its cos jay finds it fun to jump on me or stifle me with pillows. Anyways, I've forgotten what I was talking about and so i'm just gonna go ahead and end the topic.
In Algebra II today we had a sub so I basically played on K-Fizzles calculator for 40 minutes. We even got to do a flash card game for history on a math calculator. We skipped all the math problems of course. Although one question did ask me to read a musical note of which I thought was a C, but apparently it was a middle C. OBVIOUSLY. I didn't even know those existed I guess thats the EGBDF scale and not the FACE scale which are whole notes. I guess. To make it sound logical. Which it isn't.
It was Brookers birthday today. She got given a balloon by Mol in 1st period and it had elmo singing "Happy Birthday" with an eerie laugh at the end every time someone hit it. So naturally it was very "sensitive" and everybody went and hit it. At lunch we had brownies, cookies and some rice krispies made by Savvy who was clearly insistent upon their terrible taste every time I took a bite. She was quite nearly paranoid as they were terrific.
My GOD!!! Everyone I know seems to have rock hard abs. A few days ago I poked Nic's stomach and my god, it was harder than Gabs! and she's a dancer with absolutely no weight. So basically everyone is going around being all strong and flat and then Mads goes aheads and says, "GOSH, only me and ashley have squishy stomachs." which was nice of her to mention. besides she isn't squishy. she's taller than me and weighs 114 lbs. She's flat. But squishy. ??? Lets see, I'm 5' 3 and I weigh, er, hang on... I hesitate to mention on a public facility but its only 108 right now, but I'm still growing. Round the middle that is. Not that I care, food is my love. I'm good.
We had testing today. After my friends exboyfriend was waving to me and I just ignored him. And then at lunch he went and mentioned it and I just said that I simply didn't see him. And then he said, "there was direct eye contact! I waved, and then you put your head down on your desk." My response? "I'm passive."
Well my friend Gabs has broken up with her bf finally. They've been offagainonagain for ages. So I guess that doesn't really count as news then. Moving on.
Mads did get mad at Gabs the other day, she thinks she was flirting with her aforementioned ex-bf and got really jealous. Gabs firmly denies it, HOWEVER, anyone who knows Gabs knows that every time she talks, she is flirting. She shouldn't be blamed for it if she hasn't got a clue but you can't tell that to some people.
I did burn my pizza. And managed to accidentally make Mads cry in remembrance of her old bf. I also got sent about 5 pics of their old escapades.
I also need to buy a new pair of boots. I now have only 150 dollars maybe. Oh well, there should be a discount, it's summer.
I have no idea why I've just spent about an hour logging this all down. Well, whatever works.
Tomorrow being cinco de mayo, I'm going to have to go to Chevy's and have some fabulous comida. Reservations anyone?
I think I need to go to a concert. Dunno, just a hunch.
